Dirk Stocksmeier
Chairman of the Executive Board
Dirk Stocksmeier is chairman of the executive board of the "]init[ AG für Digitale Kommunikation", which he founded in 1994. Dirk Stocksmeier is strongly committed to the subject EGovernment in Germany. Thus, he is the initiator and chairman of the executive board of Amt24 e.V (e.V = registered association), member of the work group "Innovative IT-Angebote des Staates“ (innovative government IT-offers) of the fifth National IT summit and was a member of many years´ standing of the executive board of the local IT-association SIBB e.V. and also a speaker for the eGovernment competence field of the location initiative "We make IT.berlinbrandenburg“.
Jutta Lautenschlager

Jutta Lautenschlager is managing partner of the MICUS management Consulting GmbH. As consultant for strategy and organisations for federal, the German states and municipal clients and by means of numerous market studies and consultant mandates for public authorities Jutta Lautenschlager has proved her extensive know-how in eGovernment. She has been committed to eGovernment and modernisation of the administration in Germany, for many years. Thus, MICUS is also a member of the initiative D21 e.V. and the IWG Network e.V alongside Amt24.
Prof. Dr. Herbert Weber
Member of the Executive Board, Science and Research
Prof. Dr. Herbert Weber is the founding director of the Fraunhofer Institute for Software and Systems Technology ISST. In addition to the work of the institute and a professorship at the Technical University of Berlin, Weber made a significant contribution towards setting up a series of initiatives for the promotion of the information and communication industry, including the foundation of the Federation of the Software, Information and Communication Industry in Berlin and Brandenburg SIBB or towards the setting up of the personnel certification office Cert-IT. In the executive board of Amt24, Weber is responsible for the area of science and research.
