Business process optimisation (for example, using ProMIC)
ProMIC is the quintessence of long-standing consultancy experience in the Administration. The tool, which is based on Excel, accommodates the need of many public authorities to analyse internal processes with acceptable costs and sustainable results.
ProMIC has been designed to ascertain selected processes using the process data available in the Authorities (responsibilities, involved parties, processing times) and to deliver the foundations for a successful optimisation.
When using ProMIC, MICUS banks on the acceptance of those involved in the process on site, by bringing together everyone who is relevant for a business process in a workshop and involving them in the analysis.
With the help of laptop and beamer, the workshop participants play an interactive role in ascertaining a business process. At the same time, ProMIC enables direct feedback and the fast documentation of the results.
The way the process tool works, is elf-explanatory, so that no timely and costly training courses are necessary. ProMIC can be downloaded free of charge at www.micus.de.
