MICUS

Development of price structures and business models

Whether joint business models, networked services or the integration of value added chains: the intelligent cooperation between public and private sector creates a key field for the future competitiveness of businesses and the Administration.

By presenting potential areas of cooperation between the Administration and partners in the economy, sustainable financing alternatives are developed using business models and price structures, and the technical feasibility is demonstrated.

When a client is not able to realise new products and services alone, MICUS finds partners for the (technical) realisation and comes up with a concrete business case, in order to generate a sustainable business from the product idea.

In addition, MICUS secures capital to finance projects in the form of public subsidies or from private investors. In collaboration with partners from the economy, the academic world and the Administration, the business model is then implemented – as a PPP or as an independent services provider.

Benefit of solution

  • Barriers to entering the market such as technical risks or a lack of funds are removed by identifying suitable sales partners.
  • Existing products as well as product ideas are developed further with the client and incorporated into a sustainable business strategy.
