Software development – “The one world”
Functional specifications are important. Technical specifications likewise. However, what use are all the plans in the world, when the bits and bytes don’t do what you want? This is also an area where we take a path that is a little different.
With us, the software developers are at the table. They exchange ideas with the users. And understand what really matters. And so, requirements become software solutions that make sense.
When experts, IT management and developers work together on one subject, what we get is usefulness and values. And, in exceptional cases, data that are critical to business remain secure and available.

Best Practice
Electronic provision of information from the register of residents
Customer: Land of North-Rhine Westphalia
In the d-NRW project, eitco developed the technical solution for the electronic provision of information from the register of residents. A central component of the service is a directory service that contains information about the responsibilities and requirements of individual registration offices. This meant that the North-Rhine Westphalian registration offices could link up to the eitco solution without having to centralise the databases. In the sense of a regional portal solution, the joint access for citizens and companies to the decentralised registration offices was formed in the municipalities and/or the computer centres.
