erv-d – Electronic legal correspondence in Germany
erv-d®
erv-d enables the legally binding communication within the German judiciary and links up client and server components from the companies AM-SoFT and bremen online services GmbH & Co KG.
With the help of erv-d, the delivery and receipt of documents is speeded up. At the same time, it provides the possibility of creating electronic files, which can be processed simultaneously by several administrative members of staff.
Using erv-d, the judiciary can offer its professional clients (lawyers, notary publics, administrative offices and companies) a uniform solution in all federal states. All approved electronic access paths to the judiciary such as e-mail, file upload and OSCI communication are served by this solution.
The paths of access to electronic legal correspondence are designed to cater to target groups:
