In long-standing cooperation with IT and administration experts, AM-SoFT IT Systems has developed the basic technology DocumentBeam® for the secure transfer of documents via the Internet.
DocumentBeam® has proved its practicability in the form of the court mailbox for the communication of the members of the German judiciary with their procedural partners at federal and regional level. The modular structure of the basic technology enables flexible adjustments and options for implementation. In this way, special electronic mailboxes can be developed for all electronic communication processes that companies have with their customers, associations with their members as well as those between the Administration, the economy and citizens. The software is compatible with the usual document management systems (DMS). The implementation of the electronic mailbox increases the efficiency and reduces the costs of communication.
