Chair for business informatics and electronic government – University of Potsdam
The main focus of the chair’s work lies in the areas of business process management, the technical and social aspects of knowledge management, mutability, the analysis of critical infrastructures as well as the selection and introduction of standard software. These constitute important building blocks in the holistic conceptualisation of the setup and process organisation for companies and public authorities. Here, eGovernment is an application context to which tried and tested concepts in the field of business informatics can be applied.
