The FOM, founded in 1993 by the Essen Employers’ Association, is a private university with study centers in 20 German cities and more abroad. All Bachelor and Master degrees awarded by the FOM are officially recognized and accredited by the government. The FOM specializes in offering part-time courses to working people. With focus on practical experience the FOM encourages the knowledge transfer between universities and companies.
