]init[ customizes SEMIC's interoperability framework
The French Ministry of Defence (MoD) will use SEMIC.EU technology for internal use. At present, the Ministry progressed working on a pilot version of a localised and adapted version of SEMIC. EU that meets the individual requirements of the Ministry.
The MoD's move to establish its own repository based on SEMIC.EU's open source repository and platform technology also paves the way for closer cooperation with other national standardisation initiatives.
The Finnish Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Defence in France are the first national ministries to adopt SEMIC.EU technology, developed by ]init[.
